Waiting for Santa (pictures)

Me taking a turn waiting for Santa.
Scout waiting for Santa.

Remember I said that Scout was waiting for Santa? Well, I decided to help him. We are going to wait under the tree until he comes! Scout sleeps there for a while, and then I'll sleep there for a while, and then he will and I will. Bailey didn't take a turn yet because she just eats the tree.

Me and Mommy go get a Christmas tree

Scout is checking out the tree I picked out while I sing him a song about Christmas.
Every year Daddy gets cranky when Mommy wants to get a Christmas tree, even though he says he doesn't. So this year Mommy said, "It's OK, we don't need to get a tree" before he got cranky. And he was happy.

But we weren't! We have been having some blechy times and Christmas has been b-o-r-i-n-g!! so far. So tonight, Mommy said, "Get in the car, Bandit. Me and you are going on an adventure!"

Yay! Adventure!

First we went to Wegmans to cash in the lottery tickets Grandma sent for me and Bailey to go to puppy school. Thanks Grandma!! We don't need puppy school anyway. Then me and Mommy went to Mr. Swaglers to get a tree!!

Yay! Scout says I picked a good tree!

You should know that every year our whole family goes and gets a tree and we take pictures and it's a big event. But this year everyone is so cranky that me and Mommy just figured we'd do it ourselves. So we found a nice little tree we could buy with the money from the lottery tickets.

And guess what? I got to see my half sister! Her name is Bella and her and me have the same dad from Kim's farm. I'm related to everyone, which we found out last year. Remember? You can read about it here if you forgot. And this one, too.

Me and Mommy brought the tree home and dragged it in the house and put it up and gave it a drink.  Then we let Bailey in to see the tree. She has never seen a Christmas tree before. She took a drink from the tree's water bowl and then tried to eat some branches.

First Bailey got a drink.

Then she tasted the tree. Blech!
Then Mommy put up the lights. Sparkly!

This is what the tree looks like if you spin around in circles really fast.

Usually there is a big to-do about the tree and it takes about eleventeen hours to pick it out and get it home and stand it up and by the time it's all done everyone is ready to take a nap. But me and Mommy took care of it in about half an hour. And no one was swearing or getting cranky. Me and Mommy are a good team

TA DA!!!! Merry Christmas!!!

Oh, and guess what? When we got home, it started to snow!

Love
BANDIT!

PS: Scout says he's going to sleep under the tree till Santa comes.

I like books & being alone with Mommy

This is me at the bookstore, being a good boy.

This weekend, me and Mommy and Scout had ourselves all to ourselves because Daddy went to a hunting party and Bailey went on a sleepover with her friends at the vet's office.

Yay! Mommy all to ourselves! Plus me and Scout could go anywhere in the house we wanted. That was good. Scout misses sleeping behind Daddy's chair.

Yesterday, Mommy took us to the park to romp for a little bit. Then me and her went to the bookstore. I like books but I didn't eat any of them because they were not our books to eat. And I didn't pee on anything either. Aren't you proud of me?

Me and Mommy played "Where's Mommy?" though. She made me sit and stay, and then she hid in the store somewhere and said, "Where's Mommy!" I ran around the store until I found her and then I jumped all over her.

Just so you know, you usually can't play games in the bookstore because it is not polite. But Mommy's writing friend Steve was working and there were no other people so we had the place to ourselves.

Anyway, Daddy and Bailey are home, which means us dogs have to be locked up in our jail parts of the house. But because Daddy is home Bailey won't bark so much.

Oh, and guess what? Daddy shot a deer yesterday! So now we can have dog jerky. Yay for Daddy!

This is not a giant deer but he looks big, doesn't he?
Daddy said it is not a very big deer and it is not going on the wall. But we needed some deer and it walked by so blam. Daddy shot it. I like this picture, though. It makes the deer look like he is a giant Godzilla deer. It doesn't matter how big he is as long as there is enough to put in our tummies.

I check my email and find out we're big winners

I have been trying to help Mommy find some money to pay the bills this week. I found 37 cents, although there might be some more pennies in my belly.

But guess what! Our problems are solved! I checked my email today and found messages that we have won a lottery from the Netherlands and a BMW car from Germany and that rich relatives from Madrid, Spain AND Hong Kong have died and left us bunches of money.

Isn't that great? I guess I can stop eating pennies and trying to poop out dollars.

Bad teacher tells kids there is no Santa!

Of course there is a Santa, silly. He's right there in this picture!

A not very nice teacher in New York told her students that there is no Santa Claus. Naughty teacher!

The kids were learning about geography and they told their teacher that the North Pole is where Santa lives. She told them there is no Santa and that their parents leave presents under the tree.

That is NOT true. There is a Santa. I met him. We're pals. Me and Scout both had our pictures taken with him.

See, even Scout met him. And Scout would not lie.
You can even call Santa on the telephone sometimes and talk to him. It's in the newspaper so it must be true.

That teacher will probably get some coal in her stocking this year. It is very sad when the kids know more about geography than the teacher does.

PS: Sometimes your parents do leave presents under the tree, too. But they are the presents like socks, or leashes and collars. The toys and good stuff are always from Santa.

Santa's reindeer get the OK from their doctor to fly on Christmas!!

This is Dr. Rene Carlson and Prancer. She said the reindeer are A-OK to fly on Christmas!
Yay!! Santa's reindeer had their check up yesterday from their doctor and they are ready to fly on Christmas eve!!

Their doctor is not Dr. Hawkins or Dr. B or Dr. Herrema, who are our doctors. They are too busy here taking care of us dogs. Plus, it would have been a little crazy if Santa brought 9 reindeer into the office. I don't think Dr. Hawkins has enough biscuts for that many animals! So the big president of the animal doctors went to the North Pole to check out Ruldolph and his pals.

Her name is Dr. Rene Carlson and she had to make sure the reindeer's flying stuff was ready and that they didn't have any reindeer diseases that they could bring to other people's pets.

They are healthy! No worms or emergency poops or coughs or sniffles or anything. They even got their report card, just like when we go to the vet!

So hurry up Santa and get that sleigh filled! Scout isn't feeling very good and I want to make sure he gets his presents before he gets too sick to enjoy them.

Love,
BANDIT!!!

What we did on Thanksgiving

Guess what me and Scout did on Thanksgiving? We ate the turkey. All of the turkey!

Mommy sliced off all of the tasty meat and put it on a pretty plate on the stove with the other Thanksgiving dinner stuff. Then she put the naked turkey skeleton in the fridge while her and Daddy and Cassie and Bailey sat in the living room and ate and talked about how great Bailey is.

Me and Scout got left out of everything. So while they blah blah blahed, I got up on to the stove and opened the turkey dish, and then started throwing the food onto the floor. Then me and Scout ate it all up.

Hahahaha! It was great! That will teach them to ignore us.

We left one turkey drumstick and Mommy was able to pick some turkey meat off of the skeleton to make lunch the next day.

We felt a little bad because there were no leftovers to send home to Grandma. I guess she will have to cook another turkey and invite us all over. Just in case you wanted to know, me and Scout like the white meat.

Anyway, I hope you had a nice Thanksgiving!!

Bailey gets bored

Bailey and Mommy had a picnic at Schallers
Yesterday, Mommy took Bailey to Dr. Hall's office to get bored. I don't know why she had to go to the vet to get bored. It's pretty boring around here sometimes, especially when Mommy is working. BOR-ing!

Mommy said that because me and Bailey have been having big fights we all needed a night to catch our breaths and not have to worry about us hurting each other.

Before Bailey went to get bored, she had some fun. She and Mommy had a picnic at Daddy's restaurant. Mommy says that Bailey could teach me a few things about not stealing food. Hahaha. Not likely, Mommy. Mommy said that Bailey was so good and didn't bark at the delivery truck or the people who came to say hello. Then they went to the park.

Me and Scout stayed home. I think we were the ones who got bored.

When Mommy got home she thought we would all be quiet and get some rest. Hahahaha! We had big playtimes! Me and Scout and Murphy played chase and wrestle and tug and had lots of fun! I even did my old bad stuff, like take Mommy's socks outside and run around the yard with them. We even got to take all of the toys out of the cupboard and throw them around the house.

That's because we didn't have to worry about Bailey and me fighting. She doesn't play fair and wrecks all of the games because she doesn't understand what I am saying to her. I talk to her in dog, but she doesn't listen. When I say, "Hey, I'd like you to give me that toy right now because I am the king of the world," she just says,  "Let's fight!" It is hard to talk to your sister when she never learned Doglish.

Mommy was afraid that Bailey was crying at the vet and barking like a wild animal because she wanted to come home. But Crystal said that Bailey was doing very good. She played with her football and ate her dinner and was sound asleep in her kennel when Mommy called. She didn't bark at the other dogs or try to sneak out of her kennel or get wild. Crystal said Bailey is a very sweet dog.

I think we all needed a break from each other.

Bailey is coming home to sleep over tonight, and then she will go back to the vet's the next day, and then come home for a bunch of days, and then go back. Hopefully her new forever family will hurry up and realize that they need a super smart girl dog like Bailey so she can go live at her new home and be the queen of the world and not have to have sleepovers at Dr. Hall's.

I went to vote today - make sure you vote, too!

Today is Vote Day! Me and Mommy walked up to the town hall to tell the nice ladies who we want to be in charge of the universe for a while. That is called voting!

You should know that you are not allowed to take pictures inside the voting place. So I will tell you how you vote. First, you say to the nice lady, "Hi! My name is Mommy and I live in the blue house near the park." And the nice lady says, "Hi, Mommy! Sign your name right here."

Then the lady hands you a piece of paper and you color in some little circles next to the names of the people you want to be in charge. If you have a puppy with you, your puppy can help you color in the circles.

Then you feed your paper into a hungry machine who eats it and burps up a message that says, "Okey dokey! You are all set!"

Then another nice lady gives you and your Mommy stickers that say "I voted today". I put my sticker on the t-shirt I have to wear so I don't lick my boo boos.

Ta da!!!  You have voted! Just in case you didn't know, you do not have to tell anyone who you voted for. It is a secret. But I will tell you who I voted for. The nice lady who came to our house.

Maybe some day I will run for President. I have done some politics stuff before. Remember when I went to meet Sarah Palin with Mommy and Aunt Rene?

Anyway, if you are an American you are supposed to go and vote today. You will get to meet some nice people and get a pretty sticker and help to decide who runs your country!

Love,

Can you help us find a new home for Bailey?

Our sister Bailey needs to find a new home. Right away.

I have not blogged for a few days because we are having a very bad time. Me and Bailey have decided that we DO! NOT! want to live together in the same house, so we have been fighting. Bailey is a better fighter than I am, so I am starting the fights but she is finishing them. And I am getting ouched. Very ouched.

You should know that it has been one big crying festival over here the last week or so.

Bailey is a very good dog and she is super duper nice with people and mostly nice with Scout and she hasn't even hurt Murphy at all (on purpose, anyway; they play wrestlemania a lot). It is pretty much me and Bailey that do not get along. Bailey gets excited very quick and I get excited very quick, and I like to be the boss and Bailey likes to be the boss. And guess what? You can't have two excited bosses in the same house.

Mommy and Daddy and Miss Sheri and Dr.Hawkins have all decided that Bailey needs to find a new home before me or her get really hurt bad.

We went to see the famous Miss Suzanne Clothier yesterday, and she agreed that me and Bailey need to get separated ASAP, which means right now. She said that Bailey should go have a vacation at the vet's office and live in a special kennel for a while to get away from me and so that we can all take a break. Scout is sick, and I have a giant boo boo that needs to get better, and Mommy is just a crying mess all the time.

Mommy did a lot of crying about she has messed us dogs up and how she has done something called "reinforcing" that I am the king of the whole world. Miss Suzanne said that she thinks I was born with a king gene and Mommy just polished it a bit, haha. She said Mommy did not mess anyone up, that me and Bailey are oil and water and that Bailey needs to go live in a home where I am not. She said that Bailey is not bad with people and she might even be able to live in a house with another dog. As long as that dog isn't bossy like me.

Once upon a time, me and Bailey used to get along.
Daddy is on vacation tomorrow too and so he and Bailey are having romping times in the wildlife. But on Wednesday, she has to go live at the vet's office. Even though me and Bailey can't live together, I do not want her to have to live in a kennel. I would like her to find a new home where she can be the king of everything, like I am the king of everything here. Then she can chew her toys without worrying that I am going to try and steal them or sleep on the couch with her new mommy and not have to share with a bossy brother.

So if you are looking for a dog that is very smart and likes to play puppy school and likes to spend her whole day snuggling you and playing with her football, maybe you can give Bailey a home. Mommy has all of Bailey's information on her blog, so you can go there and read it.

I have a No Elephant Adventure

This is me, waiting for the circus train.

Today Mommy said, "Hey Bandit? Want to have a super elephant adventure?"

Yes, Mommy! You know I love adventures!

The circus came to town today, so me and Mommy went to watch the circus people unload the elephants off the circus train so they could do a parade to the circus arena.

The circus train was supposed to come at 2 pm. So we were there at 2 pm. Then it was supposed to come at 3 pm. So we waited. Then they said it would maybe come at 4:30 pm.

This is me, still waiting for the circus train.

So me and Mommy decided that we weren't excited enough to see elephants that we wanted to wait for another two hours. Instead, we went to visit Pam at the shelter - hi Pam! - and then we came home.

I didn't get to see any elephants. But I made some new friends.

Me and the Hello Kitty girl. She loved me.

This is my new friend Micayla. She is part Border collie because she is very smart and likes to play a lot!

Me and Micayla. She has lots of play energy!

If she lived next door to me I think I would have someone to play with me all day. Except that I think she likes to play dress up. Scout said she probably likes to have tea parties, too. I think Bailey would like that. It sounds like blechy girl stuff and Bailey is a blechy girl. HAHAHA!

This is a picture Mommy did not take of a circus train that we did not see.

Anyway, I didn't get to see any elephants. Mommy says that if us dogs don't start behaving she is going to pack a suitcase and sneak on the circus train when it leaves town. Of course, she would have to take me because I know the way to the train station!

My first Rally Obedience class!

I am not the teacher's pet. I am Mommy's pet. But I am the teacher's helper!

Today I went to Miss Sherri's romping palace for school. It was a class called Rally Obedience.

So far Rally Obedience class is pretty much walking in a giant circle being a good boy and getting hot dogs popped into your mouth when you do stuff your Mommy tells you to do. Sit. Hot dog. Walk. Hot dog. Lie down. Hot dog. Walk. Hot dog. Sit. Hot dog. Stop jumping on the table trying to get cheese, Bandit. Hot dog. It was super great!

Mommy says I  need to learn how to Stop and Stand without doing a Sit. I will do anything she wants as long as she keeps the hot dogs coming! Miss Michelle the teacher even used me in a demonstration. That's because one upon a time Mommy used to have weave poles in the back yard so Scout could play Circus Dog and I learned how to weave.

I also made some new friends - Potter and Sawyer and Maeby and Snowball. We are the smartest dogs in the whole world on Saturday at 11 AM, just in case you didn't know that.

When you are super good at your obedience, you get to play after class. I played flying dog. This is me and my pal Sawyer. He is blurry in all of the pictures. You know what that means - we're having fun!

Then Mommy and me went to Mr. Tim Horton's. They did not have any plain Tim Bits and they did not have Mommy's favorite donut. (I think Mrs. Tim Horton had the day off.) So we got a glazed donut. And it is DEEEE-LISH! I have a new favorite!

So that is Rally Obedience class. Hot dogs and playtime and new friends and donuts! Who wouldn't love that?

I'm going to be a famous columnist!

Me and Mommy. We both tried to look pretty for our picture.
Guess what? I'm going to be a famous columnist! I am going to write for the new magazine, Pup Culture!

They think I am a good writer so every time they publish a magazine they want to make sure inside is something from super duper ME!

It is very exciting. I hope I get paid in dog treats from Gabriella's barkery, because she is a very good treat maker. I went there this summer and tasted a bunch of stuff and I would not lie to you. Look, I even have the pictures to prove it.

When you are a famous writer you need something called a head shot. That is when you take a picture of your face so that people who read your column know that you are not just a good writer but that you are handsome, too. I made lots of funny faces while Mommy tried to take pictures. This one is my favorite:

I think they should use this picture.
Anyway, you should watch http://www.pupculturemagazine.com/ and you will get to see what I wrote about Halloween.

A walk in the woods with Mommy

This weekend, Mommy took us dogs to the canal for a little play time. We each got to go by ourselves with her. Bailey barked at the ducks and played puppy school for a long time. Scout played bubbles for long time.

Scout says, Let's play bubbles!!

I peed on some trees and then we went home because we were hot and tired. I didn't have the best adventure.

Then yesterday, Daddy and Mommy took Bailey to the park for a walk. Boo on that. I like to walk in the park. But Daddy doesn't really like to go places with us dogs because he doesn't know how to talk Doglish, even though he loves us lots and lots. He says we make him nervous. So only one dog at a time when we go places with Daddy. I guess he's right. We can be bad dogs sometimes.

One dog at a time when you romp in the park with Daddy.

Daddy got to pick which dog he wanted to take on the walk and he picked Bailey. Boo on Bailey. She is a Daddy's girl dog.

So since I didn't get a good adventure, today Mommy and I went to the park all by ourselves and walked in the woods for a long, long time.

This is the woods where we went for a walk. We walked up and down and around.

It was great! I peed on about eleventyhundred and twelve trees. Which was good because we walked for a long time and then the trail ended and Mommy said we needed to turn around to find our way back to the car.

Don't worry, Mommy! I can sniff our way back to the car!

It was hot and we were tired but it was nice and quiet in the park. We saw some deer and some chipmunks and there was a lot of great stuff to smell and we met some other people with their dogs and the leaves were pretty and they crunched under our feet.

Me and Mommy in the woods.

Best of all, Mommy wasn't scared. We don't do walks in the woods because she doesn't like to go into the woods alone. But she says I am a good adventure partner and we can have another adventure like this again!

So today was a good day.

Mr. O'Possum comes to visit!

Mr. O'Possum came to visit.

Last week we have a visitor at the Funny Farm. His name is Mr. O'Possum. He was in the neighborhood snacking on stuff in the neighborhood birdfeeders. Some people put out peanus and other stuff and Mr. O'Possum and his raccoon buddies like to drop in for lunch. He saw our chickens and came over to see if they'd share some eggs.

Except he can't get into the chicken run unless he can tunnel about fortyleven feet through chicken wires Daddy buried. So he was just hanging out on top of the run when we went out to potty.

I smelled Mr. O'Possum but I never did meet him in person. But Daddy and Mommy did so they took this picture.

It's nice to have visitors but I think they should call first to let us know they're coming. Mommy said she does not want to meet Mr. O'Possum out in the yard in the middle of the night when we go out to potty.

We are going to experiment with new food from Castor & Pollux

When I was at BlogPaws I made a new friend named Mary and she has the best job in the world. She works for a dog food company called Castor & Pollux! Yum.

Mary fell in love with me and sent me a giant box of food and stuff so that I can taste them all and tell her what I think. She loves me so much she sent enough for all three of us dogs plus something for Murphy!

Mary is a good friend.

So here is the stuff we are going to try: dog food, dog food, dog food! And some cat food and treats. There are vegetables and fruit in the food and it tastes really super yummy. And because one of the food is a fish food with no chicken, Scout can even try it!

Mommy said that is it made in the good old USA, which is very, very good. I will tell you all about the food as we try it out.

Uh oh. Me and Bailey are really, really bad.

Me and Bailey had a big fight last night and when Mommy and Daddy tried to break us up, Bailey accidentally bit Daddy and ouched his finger so bad he had to go to the hospital and have the doctor sew it up.

This is what happened: Mommy and Daddy went to the airport to get Grandma home from her adventure in Alaska, and when they got back from the airport we were so happy to see them that we got very excited and then got into a fight. Me and Bailey have big fights. It is scary. I don't know why we fight like that. We don't hate each other that much.

But sometimes we just lose our minds and when our minds come back we are all sweaty and one of us is bleeding. Last night, though, poor Daddy got hurt. There was blood everywhere. Blech. And I got a big bunch of fur yanked out and it hurts. And Bailey ouched her paw.

So now we have to get some super emergency help from Miss Sherri on how to manage our behavior. And Dr. Hawkins said that we can call her anytime if we need help, too. Dr. Hall is having Bailey take medicine to help her ouchy hips and make her not so "hot". She's a hot devil dog.

It's a very good thing that we have Miss Sherri and Dr. Hawkins and Dr. Hall to help us out. Otherwise Bailey would be on a bus to the pound and probably end up having to take a long sleep. You know what that means.

Except Mommy and Daddy think that Bailey is not bad. She just has a hard time understanding what to do when she gets mad. Plus she has ouchy hips, so if you touch her sometimes she gets growly. Most families would not put up with a naughty dog like that. But our family has a lot of time to help a dog like Bailey, even if it costs fortyleventeen million dollars and makes us broke and tired.

Bailey told me she is very worried that Mommy is going to leave her again, like she did when me and  Mommy went to BlogPaws. And that makes her very stressed all the time. Bailey said she doesn't want to be bad but something happens in her noggin and she can't help it.

So we are going to try and help Bailey not be a devil dog and me not to fight back when Bailey gets so mad at me. And we also have to wait on poor Daddy with his hurt paw. Plus, Bailey will probably get a visit from the dog police and have to be under house arrest for a seventyleven days.

There has been a lot of crying and ouching and bleeding going on over here this week and it's only Monday.

Bandit

Mommy is going to BarkWorld without me

Mommy is going to BarkWorld and there will be a doggy wedding. Barf.

Mommy told me today that she is going to a place called BarkWorld and I am not going.

Boo on that, Mommy.

Me and Mommy had lots of good fun when we went to BlogPaws so I don't know why I can't go to this adventure with her.

Mommy says she would lovelovelove to have me come. But she says I cannot ride in a plane unless they let me sit on a seat with her or ride up with the pilot. She says it is not good for a dog to ride with the suitcases because it is loud and scary and not a good dog environment. Whatever that means.

So I said, No problem! Let's take the dogmobile! But she said she can't afford eleventyseven thousand dollars to make sure the dogmobile will get us from Rochester to Georgia and back. So she is going to fly by herself on a plane to BarkWorld and share a room with Henrietta's mommy.

I have to stay home with my brother Scout and our stupid sister Bailey who poops in the house and howls at the fire trucks and fights with us until we bleed and hogs the bed and snores.

Mommy says that when she is at BarkWorld she is going to a doggy wedding where a dog named Stedman will marry a dog named Phoenix. Blech. They are probably going to kiss each other. Barf.

AND I found out that Mommy is going to a people wedding in November and I am not invited to that, either. There will probably be kissing there, too.

So boo on weddings and boo on trips without me and boo on having to stay home with my stupid sister.

It is a boo kind of day.

Love, your not happy pal,

Dairy Queen has kitties in bubbles!

Look at this silly man! He can blow bubbles with kitties inside! Scout likes to chase bubbles. I think he would really like to chase kitty bubbles. Do you know where we can buy some kitties in the bubbles fluid?

Bailey is a wild bathtub puppy (video)

Us dogs went outside to play today and Bailey got really muddy and dirty. It is tough work getting dirty. It can make a dog thirsty. So when Bailey went in the house, guess where she went to get a drink?

The bathtub!

Mommy heard her barking and went upstairs and Bailey was in the tub saying, Turn on some water, Mommy, I need a drink!

I tried to tell her, Get out now, Bailey, before Mommy gets out the stinky shampoo and bubbles you up and drowns your eyeballs with the shower hose!

But Bailey said, Go away, Bandit, or I will bite off your nose.

Bailey is being a wild animal today. She pooped in the house and she is being very mean to me. I think Mommy should take her to the zoo and trade her for a monkey.

Love,
BANDIT!!!

Bailey learns how to use the computer

Bailey has been learning how to type on the computer. Maybe we will write a book together some day! It will be called "How to steal stuff off the counters and blame it on the cat."

You could be the next Owney the Postal Dog!

Mommy just entered me into a contest to be the next Owney the Postal Dog.

Owney was a super special dog who used to travel with the mail on the railways. He had lots of adventures! And the Smithsonian National Postal Museum and Washington Humane Society are searching for the dog who could be a modern Owney.

I think they want a dog that looks like Owney. But I like to travel so maybe they will consider me, too!\

Actually, the winner will get an iPad, which I think would make it much easier for me to blog when me and Mommy have more travel adventures.

You can check out my entry here, or you can find out more on the contest Facebook page!

Wordless Wednesday - does that mean I can't bark?

Hi everyone! Today is BlogPaws Wordless Wednesday. Mommy says that I have to pick a pretty picture and post it to my blog. And then I have to be quiet for the whole rest of the day.

I think she is kidding about the second part.

Since me and Scout and Bailey get a lot of attention, I decided to put up a picture of our cat brother Murphy having a sleepy nap time.

Love,
BANDIT!!!

PS This is called a Blog Hop. That means that you can see all of the other bloggers who are doing Wordless Wednesday and click their pictures and go visit them. Tell them Bandit sent you!!

Me and Bailey get a snack

While Mommy went upstairs to take a shower after dinner, me and Bailey helped ourselves to a snack from the BlogPaws bling bag.

Bailey climbed all the way up onto the table and took out some Pedigree dog food. We opened it and she had some and then I finished it up. When Mommy came down from her shower she said we were pretty enterprising pups.

I think that means that we are very smart, grown up puppies because we can take care of getting our own night night snack! Which is good, because there are lots and lots more good snacks in the bling bag!

The Pettie Awards are handed out at BlogPaws

While we were at BlogPaws, DogTime Media handed out the Pettie Awards. It was not the kind of awards show where you have to get dressed up in a tuxedo or fancy dress and high heels and sit at a table for four hours pretending like you are having fun. It was an on-the-TV kind of awards show you can watch at home in your jammies.

I didn't win anything. But our friend Carol did! Carol is Dexter's mommy. Yay for Carol!

Maybe someday I can win a Pettie award. That would be good because the winners get money to give to their favorite dog charity. I would give the money to Pitty Love Rescue, since that is who helped us take care of Bailey. Maybe if we give them enough money they will take her back.

HAHAHAHAHA!! I'm just kidding. I love Bailey. Which is good because I am stuck with her forever.

Bailey and Scout fight over the BlogPaws 2011 goodie bag

Bailey and Scout are not nice. I brought back goodies to share
and they wouldnt even let me have any!
Last night I brought in the bags of goodies we got from BlogPaws so I could share with Bailey and Scout. Mommy said they could sniff out the good stuff they might want to play with.

Bailey and Scout are bad. They growled at me and wouldn't even let me have my own treats, and then they got in a big fight over stuff and had to get separated by Daddy.

Mommy had to take it all way. We are not allowed to even sniff the bags. Boo.

Pictures from our second day at BlogPaws 2011

Yesterday was our second day at BlogPaws. Here are some pictures!

Mommy, how many times are you going to
make me do this stupid trick?

BlogPaws breakfast! Table for one Papua Piig
the guinea pig and his buddy Decoy.

Ma'am? Are you going to eat that muffin?

Hey Bocci!! I found your mommy!!

I greeted everyone when they came to the first seminar.

And then I took a nap.

This is me and Dexter playing with his mommy Darlene.
Dexter had a super fun squeaky toy.

Excuse me, ma'am. Can I have another biscuit?

Hi, Robbi! Got any good treats in this bag?

Then at the next seminar, I took another nap. (Mommy says that you should know
that Holly's seminar was not boring. After lunch, I took another nap.
Just in case you didn't know, having fun makes you very tired.)

This is Edgar daKitty. He is Kelly's traveling kitty.
Kelly's regular live kitty stayed home.

This is Carol, Dexter's other mommy. Hi Carol!
It's lunch time. Where's Dexter?
(PS Mommy sent me to the romping room
while she ate. Boo. But I came back for dessert.)

They had cheesecake for dessert. I only had a lick. Or three.

Me and my pals John and Dusty. Corgis are fun!

At BlogPaws, there was a whole giant room filled with treats and stuff. You could go around to all of the tables and get goodies! It was kind of like a pet trick or treat.

Why yes, I would love to sample your dog food!

Hello sir. May I please have a whole bag full of my
favorite California Natural biscuits, please?

Sure, Mr. Toki Poki. I would love a treat!

Me and my Corgi pals!

Yes, ma'am. Your kitty is cute.
Maybe he would like a treat to share with me?

Me and Mommy are waiting in line to
see the movie "Spooky Buddies."

Yay! Movie night! Thank you for making
popcorn just for me, Vivian!

Can we go now and find a seat for the movie?

After the movie, all of the people got their pictures
taken with a cute puppy in a bunny costume.
Boo on cute puppies. I want my picture taken.

This is my new best buddy Rick. He loved me. I loved him too.
Maybe I should go visit him in Los Angeles so I
can tell his partner they need another dog.

So that was our second day at BlogPaws! I don't have picture of me eating Mommy's pizza or romping in the dog park room or other fun stuff. But we had some good times! And I met a lot of super duper people and their pets.
